The length of the Long Documentary Style Film varies based on several factors, such as the duration of the ceremony, the number of speeches, and other key moments. Some films can exceed 90 minutes in total length.
What is the turnaround time for your work?
The photos and Short Cinematic Film will be ready in 4–6 weeks. The Long Documentary Style Film will be ready in 6–8 weeks.
How do we get our videos and photos?
Once everything is edited and ready, we will send you a link via Google Drive where you can download your files. Your short wedding film will be hosted on Vimeo, a popular video platform. This means you can easily view and share your film online whenever you want.
Do we have to sign a contract?
Yes, we require a contract for all our bookings. This is to protect both you and us, ensuring that all details are clearly outlined and expectations are set from the start. A signed service agreement helps us secure your date, guarantees our availability, and lays out important details like the timeline, deliverables, and any special requests. It’s all about giving you peace of mind and helping everything go smoothly!
What is the required deposit amount?
We require a 15% deposit to officially reserve your date. This initial payment secures your booking and allows us to begin planning for your day. The deposit is part of the total package cost and goes toward preparing the necessary resources to capture your wedding. This also helps us ensure our commitment to you, as we’ll be reserving our time and attention exclusively for your event.
How do we book you?
Start by submitting your request with basic details—your name, event date, contact info, and venue location. If we're available, I'll follow up with an email to confirm. From there, we can set up a call to discuss your vision, or if you're ready, I’ll send over the service agreement for review. Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, your date is officially reserved!
Can we use commercial/popular music in your wedding videos?
Yes, however, we are not responsible for copyright infringement. If such a claim is made and Vimeo asks us to take it down, we will comply.
Is drone footage included in the price?
Some of the packages we offer include drone shots. However, please note that there are many No Fly zones in South Florida, and sometimes the drone may not be able to fly. So our policy is: if it flies, we will fly it.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Boca Raton, Florida. We provide video services all over South Florida: West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami area. However, we do travel within the United States as long as traveling costs are accommodated.
Many venues require liability insurance, do you have one?
Yes, we do.
